Assistant Director
Job Description: Bee Creative Academy is seeking a proactive, energetic, and responsible individual for the position of Assistant Director. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional administrative, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. As an Assistant Director, the successful candidate will work alongside the Director to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the academy, following company and state licensing standards. This is a Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm position.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Administering the center in the Director’s absence
- Assisting with various administrative tasks
- Opening/closing the school, addressing parents’ inquiries
- Promoting children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
Requirements: DCF 45 hours training or a willingness to obtain

VPK Teacher
Job description: Bee Creative Academy is searching for qualified Preschool Teachers that can perform the following:
- Handle children aged 3 to 4 years old and must have a strong passion and patience for children.
- Employ various educational techniques, such as educational play, storytelling, and media, among others, to teach children.
- Observe children to help them develop their social skills and build self-esteem
- Encourage children to interact and resolve arguments that may occur
- Supervise children to ensure their safety all the time
- Track children’s progress and report to parents
- Collaborate with other educators
- Communicate with parents often to understand the children’s background and psyche
- Maintain a clean classroom environment
Requirements:
- DCF 45 hours of training
- Certification in child CPR
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience

Preschool Toddler Teacher
Job description: Bee Creative Academy is seeking qualified Preschool Teachers to teach and care for babies and children aged 1-2 years old. The candidate must be passionate and have patience for children.
- Employ various educational techniques, such as educational play, storytelling, and media, among others, to teach children.
- Observe children to help them develop their social skills and build self-esteem
- Encourage children to interact and resolve arguments that may occur
- Supervise children to ensure their safety all the time
- Track children’s progress and report to parents
- Collaborate with other educators
